Tote Bags

The cost of returning the Tote Bag to us will be at your cost.  We regret that we are unable to refund the shipping cost to you.  

Clutch and Shoulder Bags

Returns are free for purchase of the Clutch and Shoulder Bags if the goods have not been used and the goods are returned to us within 30 calendar days of delivery to you.  To receive your return pre-paid label, simply make your return request by emailing us

Returns must be in original packaging

The item must be kept in its original packaging at all times if you are planning to  return it so that it is not damaged in the meantime.  Products must be returned to us new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged with all the original packaging intact (including dust bags and instructions and with the original tags and labels still attached).  We will be unable to accept your return if these return requirements are not met, which may result in the item being sent back to y​ou at your own cost. 

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.  All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method.  The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.  

Exchanges

We cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether.  You will therefore need to return your order (to do so, you can email us).  Your bag will be refunded if it is returned to us within 30 calendar days of delivery to you and has not been worn.  If you would like to buy another color or another style, we will invite you to place a new order.

Quality control

Before your parcel is dispatched, it is carefully checked by our packing team.  If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately, so that we can offer you the most suitable solution.

Goods are considered to be faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.  Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or due to misuse, will not be considered faulty.

If possible, we will repair the faulty item or replace it with the same product if in stock.  If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the item if the item  was found to be faulty. 

We make all reasonable effort to ensure the colours of our products that appear on www.florequo.com are as accurate as possible.  However, as the screens for computers and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen is completely accurate.

Aftersales repairs & assistance

FLORE QUO offers repair services and assistance for items purchased from www.florequo.com.  For items purchased from a wholesale partner, we kindly request you to direct your request to the retailer from which the item was originally purchased.  We cannot accept responsibility for items that have not been directly purchased from www.florequo.com.

Cancelling your order 

You can cancel an order within the first hour after your purchase.  Please email us to make this request.  When successfully cancelled, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
