How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

For shipments to Hong Kong SAR, your purchase will arrive to you within 2-3 days of placing your order. For all other countries, the shipment period is between three and fourteen days. 

How do I track my order? 

You can track the progress of your order by following the instructions on the  confirmation email we send to you. 

Will I have to pay tax or duty on top of my order? 

All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price if your delivery address is in Australia, Canada, China, EU, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, Macau SAR, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UK or USA.  For US customers. it is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by FLORE QUO and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.

For shipments to other countries, you are responsible to pay the required import duties, customs and any other taxes levied by your country. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our courier will contact you with details of any import charges to be paid.   

Please note that if you do not choose to pay the import taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by FLORE QUO to you.   

Are custom duties and sale taxes refundable? 

Not through FLORE QUO. It is your responsibility to attempt to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or customs broker. Unfortunately, FLORE QUO is unable to take part in this process. 

Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses? 

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses at this time. 

Is postage insured? 

Yes. FLORE QUO insures all orders during transit until delivery is received. All  shipments are sent using a signed for service. Once the package has been signed for at the time of delivery, you accept all responsibility for the order.
